MGS workshops and courses are designed to be a pragmatic, interactive experience that participants can immediately apply to their jobs For each offering we customize the workshop or training course to the needs and business environment of the participants and their sponsoring organization. MGS training programs have several critical elements in common. They are:

How we teach

MGS training methodologies are built on a solid foundation of adult learning principles. We understand that:

• Adults learn by doing and engage more when the learning experience is relevant and problem-centered or based on case studies from their own organization.
• Adults bring knowledge and experience with them to the learning situation;
• Adults have differing learning interests, learn at different rates, and have different learning styles;

We use diverse instructional methods and training formats, case studies, real life situations in training, provide opportunities for self-assessment in training, and provide feedback in all of our training sessions. We also offer "train the trainer" programs when desired.
