Description: A five-hour workshop for participants seeking to strengthen their own strategic thinking around business planning. Designing effective strategies involves knowing how to understand and communicate about multiple levels of a project. It requires understanding the overall environment, the goals of the project, the resources available, the customer's goals, and the various types of data available to inform the strategic planning process. It also requires an ability to work with data, business tools and an ability to understand and utilize analysis strategies.
