Our working philosophy... MGS consultants' underlying approach is to work from a "whole systems" perspective. We engage with each person's skills, project goals, and business challenge in the context of bringing more health and prosperity to their whole organization and community. We work with clients to face business challenges directly, while noticing and learning from the ongoing natural changes that are occurring throughout the systems around them. Understanding the dynamics of "change" is a large part of our work. We believe that organizations are always changing - much like living organisms. We use life's capacity to self-organize as a model for understanding and navigating that change.
