Strategic Analysis Organizational leaders often sense a need for change, but don’t know where to start. Often within the organization a large amount of information and experience already exists which could guide decision-making and/or provide information for funders or stakeholders. However, wading through years of information, or comparing existing data sources with new data requirements is often extremely time consuming. This leads to organizations spending time and money to recreate information they already have but can’t access. As such, MGS provides strategic analysis services, assessing the processes, systems, and knowledge that an organization already has, or that close comparison organizations already have, and identifying communication and evaluation strategies with the most potential for growth and impact. For clients that we are already working worth, MGS provides this service at a reduced flat fee. MGS can:
- Conduct an environmental scan of your organization, in relation to both its mission and other similar groups, and review past information that your organization has gathered along with any new information requirements or strategies.
- Work with your organization to identify internal and external strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Utilize this information to pinpoint specific recommendations that will maximize organizational success and longevity, and prepare an overview report for use within the information or as requested by external stakeholders or funders.
